New construction of a six story building - 4 stories of affordable housing built atop 1 story of commercial storefront with one level of underground parking. Kateri Court was one of the nations first mixed-use LEED^® Gold certified buildings. The design and construction featured excellent indoor air quality (use of non-toxic and low toxic finishes and materials) and thorough ventilation of occupied spaces. The building’s water and energy consumption is reduced through the use of rapidly renewable materials, locally harvested or manufactured materials, and recycled materials.
