Pre-construction
Synergy Modular offers pre-construction support to assist in the design and coordination of your project from inception to permits. Our team will provide hands on consultation through coordination and design meetings to constructibility and value engineering. We know that it is critical for Owners to have accurate and current pricing through all phases of pre-construction, which is why we offer detailed estimating for Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD) and a full project scope bidding at Construction Documents (CD’s).
Modular construction projects require process and procedures that differ greatly from that of a standard site built construction process. Decisions must be made earlier, scopes of work defined more completely, and designs must be coordinated from the outset.
